Terms and Conditions & Return Policy for K-pop Albums and Merchandise
These terms and conditions specifically apply to all orders of K-pop albums and merchandise placed through the Miyoka Nail website.
1. General & Prices
Miyoka Nail is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
All our K-pop albums and merchandise are guaranteed to be 100% original and official.
2. Ordering and Payment
An agreement is final once you have completed the order in the webshop and payment has been made.
We offer secure online payment methods through our website.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Miyoka Nail does its best to ship your order as quickly as possible. The current shipping costs are clearly calculated in the shopping cart and are at the expense of the buyer.
We are not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by the postal service.
4. Right of Return (Cooling-off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The costs for the return shipment are for the customer.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Return (Important!)
Due to the unique collectible value and exclusive content of K-pop products, the right of return expires in the following cases:
K-pop Albums: Albums can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, undamaged plastic factory seal. As soon as the seal or foil is broken, the return will be immediately refused. This prevents exclusive content (such as photo cards/photocards) from being removed from the album.
K-pop Merchandise: Official merchandise may only be returned in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging. Items with broken factory stickers or clear signs of use will not be accepted as returns.
6. Manufacturing Defects and Content
We only sell factory-sealed K-pop products directly from South Korea.
Miyoka Nail is not responsible for any manufacturing defects by the Korean producer or missing content within a factory-sealed product (such as a misprint or a missing photo card from the factory).
If a return arrives opened, without the original seal, or damaged, Miyoka Nail cannot process the return and no refund will be issued.
